This is Carmen's first novel, but it reads like the work of a truly polished author. The way she flawlessly weaved the character's lives was insane and very relatable. Oh my God and the unexpected ending was like having the most amazing sew you can imagine while riding the roller coaster at Six Flags with no safety harness. You will be begging to go for round two.
